I was pleased with the price and information given to me, but still hadn't made my decision and I didn't have to make a quick decision, as my garage door was still functional. Right up until the morning that it quit functioning. The door was stuck midway and had bent the track. I called and spoke with Rob early that morning. He didn't promise me that they could come out that day, but Rob went out of his way to come out late that afternoon and I was surprised that he was able to get the door shut. I decided to give my business to them and they had my door in stock and scheduled me quickly. Jay came out to do my installation, doing a wonderful job and followed some special instructions that I had asked to make other future projects easier for me to get completed. Great job all the way around by Dakota, Rob and Jay!

Rj HahnRob did a great job replacing the belt on our 20 year old garage door and making a few adjustments. Is working fine now so we are very happy. If have problems with the other doors will not hesitate to call Dakota.
