I was pleased with the price and information given to me, but still hadn't made my decision and I didn't have to make a quick decision, as my garage door was still functional. Right up until the morning that it quit functioning. The door was stuck midway and had bent the track. I called and spoke with Rob early that morning. He didn't promise me that they could come out that day, but Rob went out of his way to come out late that afternoon and I was surprised that he was able to get the door shut. I decided to give my business to them and they had my door in stock and scheduled me quickly.
